Take the recent Morehouse College 2019 graduation proceedings where the commencement speaker, billionaire Robert Smith, pledged to pay off the student loans of the entire 2019 class. No Room for Error with Event Management
Luckily, Morehouse chose to partner with Mathes Event Productions in Atlanta for all their event technology and management needs. This meant everything from the outdoor LED wall technology that greeted visitors to the HD technology for cameras that streamed the entire event, went off without a hitch.
We worked with Morehouse to manage all aspects of the 2019 graduation ceremony to make the entire event a success as the proceedings played out across the world. Our role included directing and producing the entire 2019 graduation ceremony, creating the in-show graphics, and managing video production efforts.
Mathes Event Productions was also responsible for the delivery of all video materials to press and social media outlets. This was key to help ensure media had high-quality video content from the event to use in their stories – from broadcast to online to social media.
